Havin' Fun at KFC

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. We are in the middle of the spring semester and of course are busy just like everyone else. Benjamin is enjoying his first semester of teaching, especially when he manages to teach himself something. I am having fun with my British culture students. They are the top students in the international program, since the students who didn't pass their IELTS exam over break have to take another semester of writing instead of getting to take a "fun" class like British culture.

Seth is growing like a weed and seems to be even more popular on campus than he was last semester, probably because his Ayi takes him outside every day to play. He gets quite a few admirers. Seth is getting used to his nanny, and though he still prefers mom and dad (can you blame him?), he copes better with our leaving than he did just a couple of weeks ago. Earlier this week he actually cried when it was time for Ayi to go home, so they've clearly bonded.

We don't have much else to report. Seth fell down while a student of mine was watching him a few days ago and got a big scratch on his cheek. A couple of days later it turned into a black eye, which you can kind of see in some of the pictures below. I took these pictures while Seth was playing on the jungle gym at KFC. He loves going down the slide and is such a big boy that he can do it all by himself!
