Today we dyed a dozen Easter eggs. It was Seth's first experience coloring eggs, and I thought for sure he would try to drink the dye at least once, but he didn't make a single attempt. He loved watching the eggs go from brown to the different colors and was really, really sad when we ran out of eggs. (I didn't want to make more than a dozen because Benjamin is the only one who will eat them. Well, I suppose Seth might have one or two.) We couldn't find any white eggs--light brown was the best we could come up with--but they still turned out nice. If the weather is pleasant tomorrow we will have ourselves an outdoor Easter egg hunt, and I am pretty sure Seth will enjoy it.
